Purchasing Details
Before purchasing any items from Fashion Menu, please be sure
to read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions first.
Order
To order an item, click on the link "Click Here to Order This Item"
located at the bottom right corner of the entry of the item.
Provide us with the following information in the same format:
- Your name:
- Email address:
- Contact number:
- Home address:
- Delivery mode:
All the above information is mandatory. We will reply you as soon
as possible, so please be patient while we process your order.
Once we have confirmed your order, we will provide you with
further instructions via email to carry out payment.
Payment
Upon receiving the confirmation email from Fashion Menu, you
are to make payment of the indicated amount through funds
transfer to POSB Savings account number 194-63466-8.
If payment is not received within 48 hours of the confirmation
email, your order will be revoked at the item will be available for
purchase again.
Delivery
Fashion Menu offers three modes of delivery, namely normal
mail, registered mail and Speedpost.
Normal mail is free but we will not be responsible for any lost
or damaged mail. While chances are low, such incidences may
still occur.
Registered mail is safer but will require an additional payment
of $2.50 on top of your total amount. It will also arrive one to two
days later than normal mail.
Speedpost is for customers who cannot afford to wait, or need
the garments urgently. For Speedpost you’ll have to pay an
additional amount of $9.50. After receiving your items, please send us an email with the title
‘Delivered’ to assure us that the items have reached you.

Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
Fashion Menu reserves the right to make any amendments to the
Terms and Conditions with or without any form of prior notice. By
purchasing from and/or commenting on our website, you hereby
agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions.
2. Privacy Policy
Fashion Menu will not disclose your personal information to any
third parties, except when specifically authorised by you or when
such action is necessary to comply with the law.
3. Content
You are entirely responsible for any content that you post and you
understand that you are not to post disturbing or vulgar content
which may be deemed offensive to other parties. Any such content
will be removed under the sole discretion of Fashion Menu.
4. Items
All items displayed are in-stock. The prices listed for our items are
in Singapore Dollars (SGD), comprises of free normal mail postage
and are non-negotiable. You understand and accept that due to
differing monitor resolutions and methods of measurement, there
may be slight disparities in colour and measurements of the items.
5. Liability
Fashion Menu will not be liable for any item that is lost or damaged
during delivery. However, we will ensure that all your items are
packaged and posted properly via SingPost.
6. Payment
Fashion Menu only accepts payment through funds transfer. More
information on payment can be found here.
7. Exchange Policy
Items sold are non-refundable but may be exchanged within seven
days of their purchase. However, Fashion Menu will not allow any
item that is dirty, stained, decolourised, torn or in any way in an
unsatisfactory condition to be exchanged.
8. Copyright
All images of Fashion Menu are copyrighted. Kindly refrain from
using them without our permission.
